Support by phone, remote access and on site
Setting up workstations, users and Microsoft 365
Contributing to projects (network, servers, 3CX telephony)
Clear documentation of your work
Your profile
Completed technical vocational training (e.g. electrical, electronics, mechanics, automation) – ideally with some first IT experience
Passion for IT and eagerness to learn
Friendly and reliable
Category B driving licence, fluent German
